2025 FIELD OF FUTURES
Building Futures Through the Power of the Collective
The Diamond Collective proudly hosted the inaugural Field of Futures Fundraiser in support of Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA) and Tony Gwynn Legacy East (TGLE).
Field of Futures was created to demonstrate the power of collaboration. When organizations come together around a shared mission, they can create greater impact than any one organization could achieve alone.
Hosted at The Diamond Collective's Baltimore facility, the evening brought together community leaders, supporters, athletes, coaches, families, business partners, and baseball advocates to invest in the next generation of young people.
The event celebrated the belief that baseball and softball are more than games. They are platforms for mentorship, leadership development, education, opportunity, and community transformation.

Platform
We provide the infrastructure—space, systems, and operational support—that allows partner organizations to focus entirely on what they do best: serving youth. No more scrambling for space or resources.

Ecosystem
Multiple nonprofit partners operate side by side, creating a living network of programs, mentorship, and opportunity. Collaboration is built into the model—not added as an afterthought.

Impact
By working together instead of separately, we reach more youth, reduce redundancy, and create more consistent, meaningful outcomes through baseball and softball—season after season.
