The Diamond Collective exists to expand access, opportunity, and leadership for Baltimore youth.

We use baseball and youth sports as tools — not the destination — to connect young people to mentorship, education, collaboration, and pathways to long-term success. By bringing nonprofits together in a shared space, we multiply impact and strengthen outcomes for youth and families.
