Formerly a professional baseball player, now a strength and conditioning coach with 5 years of experience. Kyle specializes in improving athletic performance in all athletes, ranging from youth to professional athletes.
His coaching philosophy is athlete first, and every athlete is different. Knowing this, he programs accordingly. His goal is to improve athletic performance by focusing on strength, speed, flexibility, and injury prevention. Regardless of the setting, programs are individualized to the needs of each athlete which ensuring that each athlete will see progress in necessary area(s) to maximize their potential.
